Over the last three years, Westcoast Cloud have seen massive growth. We’ve grown from a team of 4 to more than 40, and are a leading Microsoft Authorised Distributor with over 500,000 seats across our resellers in the UK and Ireland.
With further growth within our Cloud Solutions Provider team, we have the opportunity for an additional Business Development Manager to join the team. You’ll focus on our Microsoft Dynamics portfolio but will always been on the lookout for opportunities to grow our entire Cloud portfolio.
Proactively build relationships with small to medium enterprise resellers across the UK, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics and the Cloud product portfolio.
Most of your interaction with your account base will be by telephone – so you’ll be comfortable in picking up the phone to build relationships, taking a consultative approach to understand their needs so that you can identify the best way to grow their account with Westcoast Cloud.
Working knowledge in Microsoft partner ecosystem; excellent and well managed relationships; organizational skills that lead to well-thought-out priority planning; prompt follow-through on assigned tasks; the ability to be efficient and productive with little supervision; and the ability to work quickly and exceed goals. We’re extremely service driven in our approach, so you’ll be able to take a customer first approach whilst working to tight guidelines and within a strict 2-hour SLA.
Experience selling Dynamics365 within the IT channel, either at a distributor or reseller would be advantageous, but other than that all you need is the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, hard-working environment.
Some Cloud experience would be beneficial, but not essential as you’ll be working with a supportive, friendly and supremely driven team – we’ll ensure that you are given full training on all our products/services and you’ll also have the opportunity to gain industry recognised accreditations.
Build digital marketing & optimize sales channels
|• Showcase enablement tools through MS tools and Westcoast Cloud Partner On
• Act as “business advisor” and evangelize areas of next logical practice that are appropriate for the partner’s needs and business model
• Assist with partner marketing activities by pointing them to the most appropriate and up to date assets
Operationalize leads and optimize sales process & P2P
|• Connect with customers through Microsoft Cloud Ascent
• Advise partners to utilize partner to partner channels
• Effectively drive and manage P2P relationships through Westcoast’s Dynamics 365 vendors
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
|• Build repeatable/scalable sales solutions for Dynamics 365
• Ensure partners are equipped with the right tools and resources to compete effectively against every competitive scenario they encounter
• Ensure new workload attach through new customers and existing renewals
