A bit of motivation never hurt anyone – just ask Leonardo DiCaprio

We can all do with a bit of extra motivation from time to time.

Would David Beckham have lifted the Champions League trophy had he not been told he was too small to be a footballer? Would Stan Lee have created the Fantastic Four if he wasn’t disillusioned and on the verge of quitting the comic book industry in the 1960s? And would Leonardo DiCaprio have continued to make such a high calibre of film had he not been overlooked five, YES FIVE, times at the Academy Awards? (Nothing for The Aviator, seriously?)

The answer to all these questions is… probably, yes. But that’s not the point. Would you like a little more motivation to sell Dynamics to your customers? Of course you would. Who wouldn’t?

You know there are plenty of great reasons to promote Dynamics. It can help you grow your revenue streams. And it can help your clients automate and improve their sales processes.

But did you know that your Dynamics selling skills could also bag you a glittering award?

Twice a year, we dish out Red Letter Day rewards to our top-performing partners. This is a true meritocracy. There are no questionably independent panels or carefully selected judges here.

We track Dynamics revenue and leads generated. If your agency is in the top three for percentage increase, not total revenue, you win. You won’t be overlooked like Leo. (Did the Academy even bother to watch Wolf of Wall Street?)

And the winner is…

We handed out the first awards of this year at last week’s Dynamics Drive virtual event. Our host was Liam, our Dynamics team leader. He didn’t read scripted jokes from an autocue, and he didn’t have to ask the orchestra to cut short an acceptance speech. But he did hand out honours to some very worthy winners.

Bronze: Digitalphobia

The teams who play together, stay together. And with £1,000 in Red Letter Day rewards to spend, Digitalphobia can play to their heart’s content. With paintballing, zombie games, white-water rafting, bungee jumping, and much more to choose from.

Silver: Silver Bug

With £1,500 to play with, second place is nothing to be sniffed at. Silver Bug could choose to put the pedal to the metal at Silverstone or visit a Michelin-star restaurant for silver service.

Gold: Civica

For the winner of the golden gong, the sky’s the limit. With £2,000 in rewards, Civica could choose to enjoy champagne on a helicopter tour, go skydiving, or jet off on a European city break – though perhaps the last one will have to wait.

Sales make prizes

Don’t be left out like Leo (Ok, so maybe he didn’t deserve anything for Blood Diamond).
