Grand Prize – Winner Terms & Conditions

  1. Prize Details

    The prize is a 3-day trip to Iceland for 2 Adults, including return flights, from either Manchester or London airports to be confirmed on booking and finalisation of winner’s details, includes accommodation, and transfers. The prize is not transferable for cash or any other alternative.

  2. Eligibility

    The winner must be over 18 and hold a valid passport. The winner is responsible for ensuring they meet all travel, visa, and health requirements for Iceland.

  3. Booking & Travel

  • The trip must be booked through Travel Counsellors and taken on the dates specified by the promoter.

  • Any changes to the booking may not be possible and, if allowed, may incur extra charges.

  • The winner must provide all necessary information to arrange the trip.

  1. Insurance

    Travel insurance is not included. The winner is responsible for arranging their own travel insurance.

  2. Conduct

    The winner and any guest must behave responsibly and follow all instructions from airlines, hotels, and Travel Counsellors. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize if the winner or guest behaves inappropriately.

  3. Liability

    The promoter and Travel Counsellors are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage suffered during the trip, except where required by law.

  4. Cancellations & Changes

    If the trip cannot go ahead due to circumstances beyond the promoter’s control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or travel restrictions), the promoter reserves the right to change or cancel the prize. No cash alternative will be offered.

  5. Data & Privacy

    Personal details will be used only for administering the prize and booking the trip, in line with the Travel Counsellors privacy policy.

  6. General

    The promoter’s decision is final. English law applies.
