Pitch us your best, most creative ideas for Microsoft-focused marketing campaigns. If it stands out, we’ll back it — covering up to 50% of the cost. 

To provide some inspiration and prove what’s possible with a little help from your friends, we’ve compiled some of our partners’ recent standout Big Pitch campaigns. See which ideas won us over and the impact they made. 

Three Cherries’ Community Building AI Event

The team at Three Cherries realised there was a black hole of practical advice for their customers among all the AI hype, with help from Westcoast Cloud, CollaborAI was born. The result: local events for companies to learn how to use AI securely and effectively. In person presentations, discussions and collaborations with bags of advice and answers — from Three Cherries and additional AI experts from Westcoast Cloud. 

The event was a fantastic success. There was genuine interest and lots of requests for further conversations. Three Cherries soon recognised the potential for a whole series of events. And here’s where it gets interesting — they turned a one-off event into a subscription-based community with quarterly events bringing tech experts and business owners together. They have created a thriving community where customers regularly receive crucial AI advice and ongoing support.

Bechtle’s AI Podcast Series

Bechtle took a different approach to their Big Pitch campaign, which proved to be just as compelling. The team wanted to help customers understand and tackle AI and Microsoft Copilot adoption. Breaking away from their usual written blogs, Bechtle tapped into Big Pitch funding to launch a filmed podcast series. The engaging new format helped them answer customers’ most frequently asked questions about AI. 

To help make the podcasts even more inspiring, our very own “Copilot Captain” Louis Graham joined Bechtle’s Stephen Harley to host the series. Together, they covered AI development, customer worries, adoption challenges, as well as the nuts and bolts of Copilot. And, of course, the possible business benefits.  

Bechtle have established themselves as a thought leader and this campaign helped enhance their reputation as a trusted AI advisor. It showed how customers also benefit from Westcoast Cloud’s expertise as part of our collaborative partnership. It’s a perfect example of how the Big Pitch isn’t just about handing over some cash, it’s about bringing knowledgeable people together to create something genuinely valuable for everyone.

Misco’s Pitch-Side Partner Presentation

Misco wanted to up the ante and enlighten their VIP customers about the expert support they provide for Microsoft Copilot. Instead of the standard boardroom presentation, they wanted to create a fun and engaging event that would be almost impossible to refuse. The aim of the game — small group, big impact. So, they thought big — really big. Think corporate entertainment at the FA Cup with serious wow factor. 

The event produced great conversations and sales from the customers who came along. One client increased their Copilot licenses by 500%! Another ordered licenses and is now exploring extra security support services from Misco to leverage AI and keep up to date. And there are plenty of other deals being finalised.

Each partner had a vision that seemed just out of reach, but with Big Pitch funding and access to our specialists, those visions became a reality… Cheesy but true!  

We’ll be open to Big Pitch applications soon, so get your thinking cap on to make sure you’re first in the queue. The pot of money’s first-come, first-served and once we choose the winners, you’ll have to wait another six months for another go.
