In 2025, our Westcoast Cloud UK team proudly obtained ISO 9001 certification for the first time, a significant milestone in our commitment to quality. This certification encompasses all areas of our UK operations, including Technical support, Billing, and Sales. Over several months, we designed and implemented a Quality Management System tailored to our culture and aligned with our business strategy, ensuring it fulfils compliance to the standard, continuous improvement and supports our business objectives.
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised quality management systems standard. It provides a standard framework for organisations of all sizes and in any industry to meet customer and stakeholder requirements, to achieve quality through process consistency and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and, therefore, higher customer satisfaction.
Since the very inception of Westcoast Cloud, we have always proud ourselves that we deliver quality and value to our partners, but we weren’t quite able to measure or define quality in a structured, measurable and consistent way. Through the adaption of the ISO 9001 quality framework, we have done a substantial work in controlling and streamlining our core processes, measuring, recording and responding to partner feedback, setting measurable quality objectives and key performance indicators for all departments within the ISO 9001 scope.
Pursuing and obtaining our ISO 9001 accreditation was the natural continuation of our ever growing and maturing organisation that puts partner satisfaction at the heart of everything we do.
